Our Process
How we design & build your project
A considered process that takes the risk out of a big decision - you commit to a design first, see it rendered and quoted, then build.

The Design Package
A considered design, before you commit to a build.
The design comes first. For a fixed fee we measure, design and render your project in full, select every material and finish with you, and hand you a detailed quote to build. A qualified interior designer works with you to create a truly custom piece. You commit to a considered plan - not an estimate.
- On-site measure & site assessment
- Concept design developed with you
- 3D renders of the finished space
- Material, finish & hardware selections
- A detailed, itemised quote to build
Timeline
Design runs 2-3 weeks, build and install 6-12 weeks for most projects. We confirm your dates in the design package, once the scope is set.
Process Questions
Good to know.
What's included in the design package? +
An on-site measure, concept design developed with you, 3D renders of the finished space, a full material and finish schedule, and a detailed quote to build. It's the complete plan for your project.
How long does a project take? +
Design typically runs 2-3 weeks, and build and install 6-12 weeks for most projects. We confirm your timeline in the design package once the scope is set.
Can you manage the whole renovation, or just the joinery? +
Both. We deliver complete renovations through 4D Renovations' trades - demolition, plumbing, electrical, managed end to end - or supply and install the joinery alongside your own builder.
Do I have to commit to a build to start? +
No. The design package is a standalone step. You commit to a design first, see it fully rendered and quoted, then decide on the build.
